- What days of the week should we book for arrival and departure?
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, if we are able to accommodate guests requests for different arrival days, we will where possible. Check in is after 4pm, check out by 11am.
- What do I need to do to secure my booking?
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay will need to be paid at the time of booking. The final balance will be payable 8 weeks before arrival. Once the balance of the holiday has been paid and you are within 60 days of your arrival date, we cannot issue any refunds.
A damage deposit of either £250 or 300€ should be paid in cash on arrival and subject to cleanliness and any damage will be returned at the time of departure.
- What equipment is supplied in the kitchen?
Crockery, cutlery and glassware sufficient for the maximum number of guests in each gite
Gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker or percolator, kettle, toaster, oven gloves/mitts, tea towels, placemats and coasters, kitchen utensils, sharp knife set, baking/roasting dishes/trays, corkscrew/bottle opener. Plastic glasses for around the pool area.
- Is there air-conditioning?
There is no air-conditioning, but the walls are very thick and help keep the gites cool, providing you keep your doors and windows closed during the day as much as possible.
- Do you allow Pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets.
- Do you provide anti-allergy bedding?
Our mattresses, pillows and duvets are not specifically anti-allergy but they are all man-made and have freshly laundered pillow and mattress protectors for each booking.
- Are bikes available for hire?
Yes you can hire bikes from the local tourist office, we will be happy to arrange this for you. There are miles of safe green lanes to explore around Les Palennes.
